At Cyclamen Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request.

Refund Policy
Cyclamen Clothing does not offer monetary refunds.
All approved returns will be issued as a Credit Note.
Credit Note Terms
• The credit note can be used once only.
• The credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• It can be used for any purchase on our website.
• Credit notes cannot be converted into cash or extended.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation can only be acceptable within 24 hours of placing order.
Claims made after 24 hours of order will not be accepted.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a credit note within 7 days.
Failed Delivery
If a prepaid order is returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, a credit note will be issued after deducting INR 200 shipping charges.

Customers can choose either of the following options:
Reverse Pickup
We can arrange a pickup for INR 200.
Self Shipping
You may courier the item back to us using a reliable courier service and share the tracking details.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or missing item, please:
• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear images of the package and product
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
